Hint:
Try to analyze what type of image is forming while using different mirrors or lenses and if you find the image is real then try to find the properties of the image and also what property of the image is always the same always. This may help you to answer the above question as well as you will find more information about different types of images using different lenses.
Complete step by step answer:
While we are trying to have an image of an object then if we find the image of the object on the same side of the object then the image is the real image and if we find the image on the opposite side of the object (between which the mirror is present) then it is a virtual image of the object.
The image of an object which is formed on the same side of the object is always inverted this means when an image is on the same side of the object then the image appears in the similar manner when we observe an image of an object in a water which is standing nearby it, whereas in case of the images that are formed on the opposite side of the object are always erect or upright (appears in the same way (from the top to bottom) the object is placed).
Therefore from the above discussion we can say that a real image is always inverted which forms on the same side of the object.
Note:
Plane mirrors and convex mirrors will always form a virtual image and no real images are formed by them whereas in case of the concave mirror when an object is placed or located away from the focal point then the image formed by the concave mirror is real. Virtual images can also be formed by the concave mirror if the object is placed in front of the focal point.
