Hint:We are asked about different ways to induce current in a coil. For this first you must know about the concept of electromagnetic induction that is how we can induce current in a coil. Recall those concepts and evaluate them to find different ways to induce current in a coil.

Complete answer:
First let us understand the process of electromagnetic induction which is used to induce current in a coil. Electromagnetic induction is a process to generate or induce current in a closed circuit or in a coil by changing the magnetic field or magnetic flux through the coil.

The different ways to induce current in a coil are,
1. When a coil is moved between two poles that are north pole and south pole of magnet, then due to change in magnetic flux through the coil there is an induced current generated in the coil.
2. When a magnet is moved relative to a coil, here too the magnetic flux through the coil changes and current is induced in the coil.
3. The coil is kept at rest and a magnet is rotated inside it, in this case too current is induced in the coil.
4. We know that moving charge generates magnetic fields, when a current carrying coil held near another coil is moved or kept in motion, it induces a current in another coil.

Note:Electromagnetic induction was first discovered by experimental physicist Michael Faraday. There are two important laws of electromagnetic induction, known as Faraday’s laws. According to Faraday’s first law when a conductor is placed in a changing magnetic field, an electromotive force is induced in the conductor and in case of closed circuit current is induced. According to Faraday's second law the induced electromotive force or emf in the coil is equal to the change in magnetic flux through the coil.
