Hint:Here we have to apply the concept of force and inertia along with the other laws of Newton to get the answer.The inclination of a body at rest to remain at rest or of a body in motion to continue to travel at a constant pace along a straight line until a force is applied to it is known as inertia of rest. It is also known as the first law of motion.The fundamental property of a body due to which it cannot change its state of motion is called inertia of motion.

-Motion and rest both can be taken as relative. It implies that if we adjust the fixed reference points for an object, it may be from one point of motion and from the other at rest. For instance, if two people are travelling in a vehicle, then both of them are at rest since the fixed reference point is inside the vehicle.
-Relative motion is the measurement of an object’s motion with respect to any other object that is moving or stationary. Thus, in reference to the other moving object, the acceleration is not measured with reference to the earth, but is the momentum of the object as if it were in a static state. For example- a person seated in a helicopter is at zero velocity relative to the helicopter, but is travelling with respect to the ground at the same velocity as the aeroplane.
Relative motion is in turn related with relative momentum, relative acceleration and relative speed.
Note:Almost all motion is relative because the objects which are in rest are also in motion and vice versa.The earth is revolving and rotating which is a motion and we are
rotating and revolving along with it.
