Complete step-by-step answer:

The number at one's place is spelt the same,e.g. 9 is read nine,5 is read as five, if the number at tens place is not 1.
If the number at tens place is not one then its is read with ty sound,e.g 7 as seventy,9 ninety, four as forty, 2 as twenty, 5 as fifty and so on. If the number at tens place is one, then it is read along with the number at one's place with teen sound, e.g. 19 as nineteen, 15 as fifteen, 17 as seventeen, with the exception of 10 which is read as ten , 11 which is read as eleven and 12 which is read as twelve.
The number at hundreds place is read by adding 100 at the end, e.g 5 as five hundred, 7 as seven hundred etc
Now for the places thousands, ten thousands and hundred thousands, they are read with same rules as for one's place, tens place and hundreds place and at last thousand is added, e.g if thousands place has 1, ten thousands place has 2 and ten thousands place has 3, then it will be read as three hundred twenty one thousand.
Similar rules follow for millions, ten million, and hundred million and so on.
In the given example we have 8 at ten millions place,1 at millions place, 8 at hundred thousand place, 9 at ten thousands place, 4 at thousands place, 6 at hundreds place and 5 at tens place.
So the number will be read as “Eighty one million, eight hundred ninety four thousand six hundred fifty”.
Note: In the Indian system of numeration we have one's , tens , hundreds, thousands , ten thousands , lacs , ten lacs, crores, ten crores, arabs, 10 arabs, and so on.
