We know that each and every object is filled with air. If we take a balloon and start filling it with air, then we find that the number of molecules in the balloon is now increasing. When the number of molecules increases, they start to collide with each other. Due to these collisions, many molecules take place near to the wall of the balloon. This initiates a high pressure on the walls of the balloon. This high pressure on the walls causes the expansion in the balloon i.e. this makes the balloon expand. Thus, the balloon gets inflated when it is filled with air.
