Hint: Celestial bodies include the sun, the moon, and all the objects that shines brightly over a night sky. Some celestial bodies are lit by the light of the stars since they do not have their own heat and light. Such bodies are called planets.

Complete Step by Step Answer:
The sun, eight planets, some other celestial bodies, and satellites known as asteroids and meteoroids form the Solar system. The sun is the head of this solar system and it is located at the centre of the solar system. It is made up of extremely hot gases and is huge. Its pulling force binds the solar system together. The ultimate source of heat and light for the solar system is the Sun. Despite being our nearest star, that extremely tremendous heat is not felt so much by us because it is far away from us.
There are a total of eight planets in our solar system which are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. All these planets move around the Sun in fixed paths that are elongated in their shape, these paths are called orbits. Venus is considered as a twin of Earth since its size and shape are very much similar to that of Earth. Pluto was also considered a planet, but it was decided in a meeting of the International Astronomical Union that Pluto-like other celestial objects discovered in the recent past may be called “dwarf planets”.
Minor planets can be dwarf planets or asteroids. They are an astronomical object that is neither a dominant planet nor a comet.

Thus, option (A) is correct.

Note: A minor planet has been named after a legendary Indian vocalist named Pandit Jasraj. It was initially called ‘2006VP32’.
