Complete answer: Hind Swaraj is written by Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. The book is written in a dialogue form between the reader and editor of the newspaper. The book revolves around two broader issues, the critique of modern civilisation and the concept of Hind Swaraj, measures and methods to achieve it.
Gandhi criticised Britishers for making India an irreligious place. According to him all these developments and a group of Indians who had become doctors and lawyers were only helping Britishers in consolidating and expanding their position. He describes English education as false, as they have enslaved Indians. He further explains the meaning of Swaraj as the complete rule and a transfer of power from British to India.
