Hint: The given sentence is in the passive voice as there is a subject ‘We’ which is acting upon a verb in the sentence.

Complete answer:
In passive voice the subject is a recipient of the verb’s action, i.e., the subject is acted upon by the verb. The given sentence in passive voice has two clauses joined by ‘that’. The first clause is “We hope” and the second is “we shall win the match”. In the first subject ‘we’ perform the action 'hope' and in the second the subject ‘we’ perform the action ‘shall win’ against the object ‘match’.
Now, if we wish to change the sentence into a passive voice, then the subject, verb form, and object are all changed to maintain the meaning of the sentence. So, the object takes place of the subject and vice-versa, and the word ‘by’ will be added to the sentence as now the subject will receive the action by the object.
For clause one, ‘Subject (It) + verb (is hoped)
For the second clause, the New subject (The match) + verb (will be won) +by+ new object (us). These two will be joined by the conjunction ‘that’
So, the final sentence in passive voice is option c “It is hoped that the match will be won by us.”
Option b is incorrect as the sentence has been changed in meaning and structure.
Option d is incorrect as the sentence has been reduced to a simple sentence.
Option a is incorrect as the sentence has been reduced to one clause by combining both.

Note: The sentence does not call for the sentence to be changed from complex to simple, which has been done in option ‘a’ thus, the option ‘a’ can be ruled out and so can ‘c’ and ‘b’ be, as their structure has been changed.
