Complete answer :
Bahrami is the type of language that was used in ancient times which could be read easily by a commoner and understand. It has been found in the areas of Pakistan and the North-western part of the Indian subcontinent where the scripts of Kharosthi are found. There were a lot of scripts that are used across Asia which were written in Brahmi as it was the earliest writing system that was developed in India after the Indus scripts.
The Bahrami script has been mentioned in a lot of ancient script texts in India like Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism as well as their Chinese translation. For example, the list of 64 lipi called the Lipisala Samrakshana Parivarta with the Brahmi at the starting of every list. A list of a total of 18 ancient scripts is found with the texts of Jainism as these Jaina scripts would include Brahmi at number 1.

So, the correct answer to this question would be D.

Note: Bharami which was later on classified as three other types of Bhrami are, Early Brahmi, Middle Brahmi, and Late Brahmi. As it got a lot of change in it during the period.
