Hint: We can see an object when a ray of light reflected from the surface of the object reaches our eye. Based on this concept, we will understand what will happen when we try to see objects inside a dark room and outside it.

Complete step by step answer:
We can consider a room as a dark room when light is not present inside it in any form. We know that we can only see an object when reflected rays from the object's surface reach our eye. . As we know that light is not present in a dark room so no ray of light will reach our eye as a result of which we will not be able to see objects in the dark room.
We know that sunlight is present outside the room, this sunlight will fall on the surface of objects present there, and reflected ray reaches our eye as a result of which we are able to identify and see the objects.
Therefore, based on the above explanation, we can conclude that we can see objects outside the room, but nothing will be visible to us inside the room.

Note: Let us consider we are present in a dark room, an object is placed in the room next to us having bright lights, and a glass wall separates both the rooms. We will see the object placed in another room easily because of the rays of light reaching our eyes as glass allows light to pass through it. If we replace the separating glass wall by a wall of material that does not allow light to pass through it, we will observe that the object is not visible.
