 Taro was hard-working but still was able to make very little money. His parents were old and weak but he was fully devoted to them. Taro had endearing qualities. He was honest, sincere and loved his parents a lot.

One day his father wanted to have a cup of sake because he was shivering from the cold. He started working harder to buy that expensive drink and after seeing his sincerity and love for his parents, God helped him to fulfil the needs of his father. His main aim in life was to serve his old parents who depended on him for their survival.

He always tried to fulfil their needs by any means possible. He was very thoughtful and always tried to improve his parents’ standard of living. In order to get the hut cracks repaired, he worked hard to earn more money to get the job done. His greatest virtue was the respect and love that he had for his parents.
