Hint: In the first and the last sentence it is described that the narrator wakes up at 4 o’clock, has tea and they discuss the main topics (when they meet) and then enter the examination hall. To get the right order you have to keep in mind that there must be a sequence to the order of events taking place.

Complete answer:
You can see that the question asks for the correct order to complete the paragraph, what are the things that we need to keep in mind?
One must consider the following point before solving such questions –
The placing of the sentences (PQR) should be in sequence, i.e. they must follow some order by which the event must have occurred.
There must be a chronological order in the sentences.
The completed paragraph should hold some meaning when all the sentences are read together.
Now, with these points at hand let us look into the options that are given to us –
Option a: PQR will make the sequence – he reached the exam centre and found his friends, then he studied till 6’oclock and got ready by 7 o’clock and left for the exam. This is not logical hence is not the correct answer.
Option b: RPQ will give the sequence – he got ready at 7 o’clock and reached the exam centre, found his friend, already there, then studied till 6 o’clock. This again does not provide a logical sequence. Hence this is not the correct option.
Option c: QRP gives the sequence as follows – he studies till 6 o’clock, gets ready at 7 o’clock then leaves for the exam centre and when he reaches there he finds his friend already there. This gives a logical sequence. Hence is the correct answer.
Option d: RQP makes a sequence as follows – he got ready by 7 o’clock and left for the exam centre, then he studied till 6 o’clock and then he reached the exam centre. This is not a logical sequence hence this is not the correct solution.
So, as you can see from the above explanation the correct solution is option – ‘c’, i.e. QRP, giving us the paragraph –
S1. I got up at 4 a.m. and had a cup of tea.
S2. I studied till 6 o’clock and revised all topics
S3.By 7 o’clock I got ready and left for the exam centre.
S4. When I reached the exam centre my friends had already arrived.
S5. We discussed the important topics and entered the examination hall confidently.

Note: Give the sentence a chronological order that way it will fit correctly in each blank sentence space giving you the right sequence for solving the question.
