So we can write these negative numbers as,

After -1 we get another integer 0 which is greater than -1 but 0 is not a negative integer, so by this we can easily say that -1 is the greatest negative integer.

Note: Negative integers functions reversed than positive integers, like- as we know that 7 is greater than 6 so for negative we have to say that -6 is greater than -7, so this way also we can find that -1 is the greatest negative integer amongst the others.
