Hint: To elaborate this answer we will first talk about the electrostatic and then the electrostatic force. It is the force between two electric charges. Then we discuss the Coulomb law which gives the electrostatic force. Further we will know about the unit of electrostatic force.

Complete answer:
The electrostatic is system of a unit which is used to measure the quantities of electric charge, electric current within the metric of a unit.an electric charge is defined as that force exert on other charges
A charge able to influence another charge due to force is called electrostatic force. Another way to define electrostatic force is that an attractive and repulsive force between particles is caused due to their electric charges; the electrostatic force is denoted by\[F\]. The field of disturbance is also around charges; it is known as the electric field. Electric field Is the force per quantity of charges. It is also referred to as the Coulomb force.
Example of electrostatic force are:
1. The attraction of paper to a charged scale by rubbing to hair.
2 Balloons get attracted to another balloon when one of them are rubbed with hair.
Coulomb law states that the electrostatic force between two charges is directly proportional to the magnitude of the two charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
Assume that \[{{q}_{1}}\]and \[{{q}_{2}}\] are two charges which are separated by distance d and electrostatic force \[F\] is given between them is
\[F=\dfrac{K{{q}_{1}}{{q}_{2}}}{{{d}^{2}}}\]
Where K is the proportionality constant.
The unit of electrostatic force is Newton($N$)
The Newton is named for Sir Isaac Newton whose second law of motion describes the changes that a force can produce in the motion of a body. It is defined as that force necessary to provide a mass of one kilogram with an acceleration of one metre per second per second..

Note: The electrostatic force depends on the distance between the charges. closer to the charges are more electrostatic force exerted and farther to the charges are less electrostatic exerted. The electrostatic force is a non contact force . in this it can influence both charged and discharged objects.
