Complete answer:
In flowers, there are both male and female parts, whereas male parts of the flower are collectively called the androecium.
While female reproductive parts of the flower are collectively called gynoecium.

Androecium:
- It includes stamens.
- The stamen consists of a stalk-like structure called a filament and attached to it there is anther.
- Pollen grains are produced by stamens, where they collect in anther and attracts the insects for reproduction.

Gynoecium:
- They are called as pistil or carpel
- Which include style, stigma, ovaries containing one or more ovules.
- Here stigma usually acts as a receptor, when pollen grain lands, the stigma receives the pollen, and they further germinate into the pollen tube
- Style helps the stigma to move to the ovary for some distance
- The ovary contains ovules, and they provide again female gametophyte, they are also referred as angiosperms.

Correct option: A. Stamen

Additional information:
- In stamen pollen grains are produced by meiosis
- Stamens are thought to develop from primitive angiosperms.
- In gynoecium, pistils may be entirely or partially fused.

Note: From the above question and answer both stamen and anther will be considered as the male reproductive system of flower, in the case to answer a single option, opt for stamen, as anther is a part of the stamen. Whereas stamen the whole part includes filament and anther.
