Hint:
Out of the ten Sikh gurus, he was the second one. He adopted the title of “ Gurumukhi alphabet” and also followed the practice of collection of hymns. His father was Baba Pheru Mal and his mother was Mata Ramo.

Complete solution:
The second Sikh guru of Sikhism was Guru Angad. He was given this name by Guru Nanak Dev which means “My own limb” on 7th September 1539. Guru Nanak dev ji died in 1539 and the tradition of Sikhism was led by Guru Angad. Guru Angad was born on March 31st, 1504. His birth name was “ Bhai Lehna”. He belonged to the “ Khatri caste”. He married Mata Khivi in 1520. He had four children namely Dasa, Datu, Amro, and Anokhi.

The first hymn given by Guru Angad in Guru Granth Sahib states that “ Die before the one whom you love, to live after he dies is to live a worthless life in this world”. The hymn is related to the soreness he felt when he got separated from Guru Nanak Dev ji.
Additional Information – His social work includes the tradition of following the “ Langar system” in all Sikh temples. He taught the volunteers of the cooking area to stay humble and always be polite towards the visitors of the temple.

Hence, the correct answer is Guru Angad.
