Hint: Scientific notation means to write the given number into such a way that only one digit comes before decimal and rest comes after decimal then accordingly we can put the power to ten in product form with our basic number. For example: \[100\] can be written as \[1.0 \times {10^2}\,or\,1 \times {10^2}\].

Formulae Used:
Use formulae \[1\,million = 1000000\] and you just need to know the basic idea of decimal conversion.

Complete step by step solution:
The given number is \[45,600,000\]. Here in this question you have to count the number of zeroes , as discussed for scientific notation only one digit should came before decimal, so after \[4\]you have to count the number of zero and put it in power of \[10\] and do product with the number \[4\] and you will get the answer:
Now the number of zeros after \[4\] is \[5\] and two more numbers 5 and 6 are there. So our required answer is \[4.560 \times {10^7}\,\].

Note: In such questions always try to put a comma in between the zeroes which makes you able to get the right answer in one time, because counting a lot of zeros written straightforwardly will lead to some mistake. Some conversion like million to numbers or billion to numbers and trillion to number should be in knowledge. Like 1 million have 6 zeros,1 billion have 8 zeroes and 1 trillion have 12 zeros and respectively you can learn others too.
