The Good Samaritan
One sunny evening, a young boy was traveling to his cousin’s house. He was in a hurry because his cousin required urgent money for his surgery. So, the young boy loaded the money in a briefcase and went to the railway station. He boarded the next train and sat comfortably on the window seat. He started chit-chatting with a fellow traveler, a middle-aged man, who was also traveling to the same location for his son’s surgery. They both spent an hour talking about various subjects and their family. Finally, the train stopped at a station for ten minutes, the young boy decided to buy some snacks and got down. When he came back, he was horrified to see the middle-aged man lying on the floor. He used good judgment skills and quickly called the railway medical service for assistance. The middle-aged man was taken to a nearby hospital. A month had passed, the young boy was visiting his cousin at the hospital. When he was leaving the hospital, he saw the same middle-aged man standing in the doctor’s room. He was delighted to see him, so he ran and hugged him. The middle-aged man was surprised and when he saw the boy’s face, he was full of tears and thanked him for saving his life.
Note:
Keep in mind, a story is written in a single paragraph. Also, one should write a story in the past tense form because we are narrating an incident that has already happened.
