Hint: We have to write the numeral for the largest and the smallest number possibly made from the given of digits. To find the numerals from the given digits we have to form appropriate numbers from the digits and find the largest and smallest between them.

Complete step-by-step solution:
We have to make the numerals of the largest and smallest possible numbers made from each of the given groups of digits.
The given digits are: $0,7,4,1,8,2$
Now since we have to make the largest and smallest possible numbers from the given digits,
First, we will arrange the given digits in ascending order to make the smallest number,
Also, we will arrange the given digits in descending order to get the largest number possible.
So, on rearranging the digits in descending order we get the number: $874210$.
And on rearranging the digits in ascending order we get the number: $012478$.
Since $0$ prefixing any number has no value and can be discarded, we get the smallest number: $12478$.

Hence the greatest numeral is $874210$ and the smallest numeral is $12478$

Note: Numeral is a figure, symbol, or a group of figures or symbols which denote a number.
A numeral in the broadest sense is a word or phrase that describes a numerical quantity.
Some of the theories in grammar, we use the word “numeral” which refer to cardinal numbers that act as a determiner to specify the quantity of a particular noun.
Ascending order means arranging a group of numerals into an order from lowest value to the highest value and vice-versa in descending order.
