1. What is the marking scheme of Class 12 Biology CBSE board exams?

The CBSE has divided the Class 12 Biology board examination into two components: Theoretical and Practical. The practical examination comprises 30 marks and theoretical comprises 70 marks. Questions in the practical examination are based on experiments in the lab. There will be 70 marks in the theoretical exam and its duration will be three hours. In Part A, there will be 14 questions (one mark each) and two questions (case study based) . In Part B, there will be nine questions (two marks each) and in Part C, there will be five questions (three marks each). And the Part- D consists of 3 questions ( five marks each).
