A Brief Into The Chapter

"Jab Mujhe Saanp Ne Kata'' is a story about the author who is sharing his childhood memories with the readers. He remembers that, in his childhood, he saw a snake who ran and hid in the outer hole of a coconut. Then the author put up that coconut's hole with a snake in it, covered it with a piece of stone and took it to his grandmother.

When he told his grandmother that he had caught a snake, his grandmother started screaming and shouting. Listening to the grandmother's sounds, his grandfather came running inside the house. He snatched the coconut hole from his grandchild(the author) and threw it away. Then the snake got lost in the greenery. Then he taught the author to never catch and go near the snakes as they are very dangerous.

The same day some animal bit the author. The author was in extreme pain. His grandmother thought that the snake had bitten him and his grandfather saw that the place of the bite of the animal turned blue. He took the author in his lap and ran toward the farms. There they reached a hut, from which an old man came out. He knew how to heal the boy as he knew about curing snake bites.

The grandfather gave the child to the old man. The old man went inside with the child in his hut. He took some water from a utensil and started chanting his mantras. He warned the child to stay quiet during this process. The author wanted to tell the old man that the snake had not bitten him, instead, it was some other animal. But as he was asked to stay quiet, he stood quiet. In some time, the author's pain vanished. The old man took water from the utensil, washed the author's finger where it was bitten and gave some water to the author to drink. He told his grandfather that now his child is out of danger. Some dangerous snake has bitten him. Everyone thanked the old man and the grandfather sent many gifts for him in return.
