Nikola Tesla was born on June 7, 1856, in the small town of Smiljan in Croatia. From an early age, he had an insatiable appetite for knowledge and was fascinated by machines. In 1884 Nikola Tesla moved to the United States and started working with another well-known inventor named Thomas Edison after working for 2 years with Edison, Tesla discovered that they both have clashing thoughts, therefore, he left working with him in 1887. 

Tesla established his own laboratory in New York City in the consecutive year he sold his idea of AC electricity to a visiting house electricity company. By 1891 he had invented the tesla coil which then was widely used for various purposes for many years in different technologies like the radio, television sets, and other electronic equipment. Later,  in 1893 the idea of AC power given by Tesla was widely accepted throughout the world. Letter on Tesla also demonstrated that electricity can be sent through wires in two varied places.

Nikola Tesla, a young physicist, engineer, inventor, and prodigy, passed away on January 7, 1943. Despite his reputation Nikola Tesla never graduated from university: in his last year, he became obsessed with gambling which further led to the downfall of his career and, avoiding embarrassment, told his family and classmates that he had drowned in Graz's Mur (river). Nikola tesla's cause of death was an ailment called coronary thrombosis in which an important blood-carrying artery of the heart gets ruptured.
