BVP CET Counselling 2023-24

The authority board will be releasing the BVP CET 2022 counselling date after a week or ten days after the results. The BVP CET exam is conducted by authority board the Bharti Vidyapeeth, Deemed University to provide admissions into undergraduate engineering/B.Tech courses. New dates for the counselling will be announced post lockdown as per the examination date. Students must be eligible before applying for counselling. BVP CET facilitates the candidates with a login portal for the purpose of checking the dates.

The candidates who are selected will be called for the counselling process which will be conducted offline in the university. The students with names mentioned on the merit list will be receiving an invitation letter for the counselling process and on the spot selection round via email. The counselling date and time will be mentioned to the candidate as per the ranks secured.

The applicants will have to bring the specified documents for the verification in counselling. The authority board will cancel the candidature of the student failing to report on the specified date of counselling or unable to bring the documents. The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the rank secured by them in the entrance test.

BVP CET Important Dates 2022:

Documents Required for Verification

• BVP CET 2022 counselling call letter

• Aadhaar card

• 10th and 12th standard qualifying exam mark sheet

• Birth certificate

• Certificate from Principal or the Headmaster of the school for having studied Class 11 and Class 12 grade in India.

• Medical fitness certificate

• Character and conduct certificate from a responsible authority.

• Transfer certificate from the institute last studied

• Candidate’s six passport size photos along with their name mentioned on the backside

• If they belong to any category, they should submit the caste certificate which is issued by the competent authority

• Candidates’ who fall under a certain category, they’ll have to submit SSC certificate or college leaving certificate or domicile certificate

• Migration certificate

• If the candidate has any gap in between their education, then they have to submit the gap certificate (for students who joined a course after 12th standard)

• They should carry a copy of the receipt of tuition fee, other fee and hostel fee if admitted to the hostel.
