This article is written with the intension of making every aspirant acquainted with the UKSEE Exam 2022.
The Uttarakhand Technical University conducts Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam or UKSEE. It is a state-level examination held for the admission of students in various courses like BHMCT, B. Pharma, Post Graduate courses like MBA, MCA, M. Tech, M. Pharma, Lateral Entry of B. Pharma., B. Tech, and MCA.
Know the UKSEE Application Form:
The application form will be released online. You have to pay an amount of 1500 INR if you are from the general category and 750 INR if from SC/ST category via online payment only. This fee is nonrefundable. Once a form is submitted, you will not be able to change any information in it.
Here are the Steps to Fill in the Application Form:
Visit the official website
On the website, register yourself as “New Candidate Registration” with a registration number generated by the website.
A link will direct you to the application form.
Fill in the required details carefully
Upload your recent picture taken after January 1st, 2017 according to the prescribed format
Pay the required application fees
Submit the filled-in form
Take a print out of the filled-in form for further use
While uploading the picture, make sure that the picture is in JPEG format with 35X45 mm minimum in size, 75% coverage with a full front view of face & head, and white/very light-colored background. Mention your name and date of taking a photograph at the bottom of the photo.

A link will transfer you to the page from where you will be able to download the admit card.

Download the admit card
Take a print of the admit card.
You have to keep your admit card safe with yourself as it will be needed during the examination, result, and counseling procedures.
Understand the Importance of Cut off Marks:
The cut-off mark will be declared after the release of the UKSEE 2022 result. Students who have scored the cut-off mark or more will be eligible for admission. Students with scores below the cut of marks will not be granted admission

Know the Eligibility Criteria for UKSEE Exam 2022:
In general, the following are the eligibility criteria that are constant for all the courses, along with being a local of Uttarakhand.
Students must be from a recognized board of education.
Indian nationality is mandatory.
You must have a science degree with a minimum score of 45% and mathematics as a subject.
For admission in the 2nd year, you will require and addition of the diploma clearance certificate.
Eligibility for MCA 1st & 2nd Year:
A Bachelor Degree with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 board or graduation level is mandatory with a minimum of 60% score for MCA is required.
For 2nd year, you must have a qualification in BCA or B.Sc with Mathematics as the main subject in 10+2
Eligibility for B. Pharm 1st & 2nd Year:
Physics and Chemistry should be the main subjects, along with any of Mathematics/Biology/Technical vocational/Biotechnology.
A clearance certificate for a 10+2 board examination is required.
Diploma in Pharmacy-Allopathy, 2 years after passing 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% is needed for admission in 2nd year.
Eligibility for B. Tech 2nd Year:
A qualified diploma in a branch of Engineering/Technology, with a minimum score of 45% is mandatory.
Students from only AICTE approved college are allowed for admission.
Eligibility for BHMCT 1st Year:
To take admission in the BHMCT 1st year, you must have a clearance certificate for 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum score of 60% is necessary.
The UKSEE 2022 Examination Pattern:
Both online and offline modes are available for the examination
You will be tested on 9 papers
For each paper, The duration of the examination is 2 hours
Only 1 mark objective type questions will be asked
There is no negative marking for wrong answers
The examination will be held in English and Hindi language
You are allowed to answer only in black or blue ball pen

Take a print of the scorecard to present during counseling and admission sessions.
The merit list will have the shortlisted candidates' names along with their roll number, father's name, category, and subcategory. Your name will be put up on the merit list according to your performance and the marks you will score. If you cross or score the cut off mark, you will be called for the counseling procedures of the UKSEE 2022.
The exam authorities will break the tie following:
Number of incorrect answers: If a candidate has a lesser number of wrong answers, then he or she will be listed higher on the merit list
Marks obtained in the qualifying examinations.

Know the Counseling and Admission Procedures:
The counseling session will be held after the declaration of the UKSEE 2022 Result. You will be called for counseling only if you qualify the UKSEE 2022 examination scoring the cut off marks. Students with marks below the set cut off mark will not be granted admission in the affiliated colleges of UTU.
The counseling will be held online.

An amount of 2000 INR has to be paid on attending the counseling session
You will have to fill the choices of courses & colleges as per your preferences in the counseling session again
If you fail to furnish original and authentic documents, you will not be allotted with a seat
Missing the counseling session will lead to striking off your name

1. When Can I Appear for UKSEE 2022?

2. When Will UKSEE Exam 2022 be Held?
All the dates for UKSEE 2020 have been postponed due to the Corona Virus pandemic. The final date is yet to be declared. Further notifications will be released on the website for the students to get informed. It is advisable to you that you keep a regular tab on the website, so you do not miss on the dates.
3. Is the Admit Card Released for UKSEE Exam 2022?
Due to the rise of Coronavirus, the dates for the issuance of the admit card has been postponed. You will need the admit card to enter the examination hall.
4. When Will I Be Rejected in UKSEE 2022?
A candidate will be rejected if he or she has incomplete or incorrect application forms, false information on the form, fails to comply with the eligibility criteria, or to produce a valid admit card, fails to pay the counseling fee and possessing any electronic device during the examination will result in rejection of the candidate.
