Ranjana Saha, Wildlife Wing Field Biologist Ranjana has a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems. She has over two years of experience working in Wildlife Conservation and Geospatial Technologies. Her research interests include wildlife conservation and landscape ecology using geo-informatics.

Project Officer Keshab Kumar Ghosh Keshab has a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He has over 15 years of experience in various fields such as small business, marketing, and non-profit. Sustainable agriculture and rural development are two of his passions.

The primary goal is to protect wildlife, ecology, natural resources, and sustainable livelihoods in order to create a better environment. NEWS is a name of conviction in the conservation community, thanks to its hard work, passion, and dedication. We work for a better future in which scientific research, knowledge dissemination, community engagement, and policy advocacy are combined to achieve long-term development. NEWS is also registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 1976 (Registration No. 147120614) to receive foreign funds from international donors. The society is governed by Section 80G of the Income Tax Act of 1961, which states that any donation is tax-deductible in accordance with the rules.
