New Pattern IIT JEE Physics Details:

  • As per the new pattern JEE Physics released by the NTA, there will be a total of 30 questions in the Physics section.

  • JEE Main 2025 Physics will be conducted in online mode, i.e., it is a Computer-based Test.

  • Out of 30 questions, there will be 20 MCQs and 10 numerical value-based questions.

  • Out of 10 Non-MCQs, candidates are required to answer 5.

  • 4 marks will be given to candidates for every correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for wrong ones.

  • Students will be given 3 hours to complete all 3 sections, ie. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

  • The total marks for the Physics section is 100 while the overall JEE Main exam 2025 is 300 marks.
