JEE Mains 31 Jan Shift 1 Physics Question Paper Analysis:

  • Physics paper was considered easy yet tricky

  • Physics was doable, formula-based, and simple. However, some found it lengthy and moderate.

  • Physics topics covered: electrodynamics (3-4 questions), modern physics, nuclear physics, ray optics, mechanics, circular motion, and rotation.

  • Class 12 syllabus had more weightage than class 11.


JEE Mains 31 Jan Shift 1 Maths Question Paper Analysis:

  • Math paper was considered tough and lengthy as usual.

  • Topics asked in Maths as per students: Ellipse, Vector 3D, Distance, Integration, Determinants, Differential, Circle & Straight Line, Probability and Limits.

  • Chemistry was easy and NCERT-based.

  • Numerical questions were asked from physical chemistry.

  • The majority of the numerical questions were about mole concept and kinematics.

  • Revise Organic and Physical Chemistry formulas.

  • The JEE Main 2024 question paper will be available in 13 regional languages, including English and Hindi.

  • The exam will be conducted in two shifts: morning and afternoon.

  • The morning shift will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the afternoon shift will be held from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • Candidates will be given three hours to complete the exam.
