Karnataka PU Board Maths Question Paper 2018

The 2nd PUC Maths Question Paper 2018 is divided into 5 parts (A, B, C, D, and E), and answering all the parts is mandatory.

  • Part A - It has 10 questions which are all compulsory. This section's key topics are functions, matrices, trigonometry, calculus, vectors, probability, and linear programming.

  • Part B - It has 14 questions out of which 10 need to be answered. Students must be well versed with the following topics to answer these questions: functions, trigonometry, matrices, calculus, vectors, areas and shapes, and probability.

  • Part C - It has 14 questions out of which 10 need to be answered. Solving this part requires expertise in relations and functions, trigonometry, matrices, calculus, area of curves, vectors, equations of planes, and probability.

  • Part D - From the 10 questions in this part, students need to answer any 6. This section has questions on real numbers, linear equations, trigonometry, calculus, the volume of shapes, equation of lines, and probability.

  • Part E - There are 2 questions in this part, and only 1 needs to be answered. The questions are from calculus, matrices, graphs of linear equations, and functions.
