  • You must indicate whether you accept or reject the seat by selecting "Floating" (if you want to opt for a different seat in subsequent rounds) or "Freezing" (if you accept the current seat and stop participating in further rounds).

  • If you are allotted a seat and want to continue with that seat, you need to collect your nomination letter from the Directorate of Medical Education Training and Research (DMET) in Naharlagun.

  • If you do not collect your nomination letter, your seat will be considered vacant and will be moved to the next round.

6. Spot Round:

  • If seats remain vacant after the second round of counselling, a spot round will be conducted.

  • You can participate in the spot round only if you wish to take any remaining vacant seats.
