Delhi MBBS 2023 admission process, managed by Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will begin in October 2023. There are 660 MBBS seats and 50 BDS seats available through Delhi MBBS 2023 admission process. Education Qualifications:
Qualifying both Class 12 and NEET 2023 exam is a must for medical aspirants seeking admission in Delhi MBBS and BDS courses. Candidates must be medically fit before they apply for the DU MBBS/BDS 2023 admission, as there will be a medical checkup before final allotment of seats.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English must have been part of the curriculum of the student in Class 12.
Candidates will have to secure the minimum aggregate marks as per their category i.e.
50% for general candidates
45% for PH students belonging to the general category, and
40% for reserved category candidates.
Candidates who had previously taken admission in BDS/ MBBS courses and failed to pass the first year exams are not eligible for DU MBBS/BDS 2023 admission process.
Nativity/ Domicile Holders: Candidates looking to get admission under 85% state quota seats must have passed Class 12 from schools situated in Delhi NCR. The Class 12 board of education must be CBSE, ICSE, or JMI.
Nationality: Indian national and OCIs are allowed to apply for DU MBBS/BDS 2023 admission process.
