The eligibility criteria for appearing in the JIPMER exam is as follows.
The candidate should be an Indian citizen or non-resident Indian.
An international applicant has to take permission from MCI before applying for the exam.
The age of the candidate should be 17 years or more.
There will be no relaxation for students of any category.
The applicant must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with subjects Biology or Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry or English Language.
Students currently studying in Class 12 are also eligible to apply.
5. What are the documents required to apply for the JIPMER exam?
Before applying for the JIPMER exam, the applicants must keep the following documents ready with themselves.
Photograph- On the photograph, there must be the name of the applicant along with the date. If it's not so, the form of the applicant will be rejected.
Signature- The size of the scanned copy of the signature should be 35mm Height X 80mm Width.
Caste Certificate- If an applicant has a community or caste certificate, he/she must upload it while filling the application form.
