Let us now discuss the factors that influence brain drain. Better living standards, higher pay packages, better health services, openness, a better working climate, and benefits are only a few of the factors that attract skilled professionals to move to the advanced countries mentioned above.
The Indian government should investigate these factors and seek to improve the country's work culture, infrastructure, and resources for qualified professionals. Here in India, the government should aspire to build world-class living standards, salary packages, transparency, financial and health protection, incentives, and so on.
