Hint:For this question remember all the rules of direct and indirect speeches and then change the sentence accordingly and choose the correct option from the given options.

Complete answer:
Option A would be the incorrect option because even though proposed is the correct verb but us is not suitable here and hence this option “He proposed us to go for the morning walk” is not the correct option.

Option B is also the incorrect option because ordered is not the correct verb and is not a suitable option hence “He ordered us to go for the morning walk” is not the correct option.

Option C on the other hand is the only correct option and is the correct indirect speech of the given sentence. Because proposed is the correct verb which will be used here and hence “He proposed that they should go for the morning walk” is the right option.

Option D is also the incorrect option for this question because of the same reason as Option B as ordered is not the right verb to use here and hence “He ordered that they should go for the morning walk” is not the correct option.

Hence the correct answer is option ‘C’.

Note:In direct speech the exact words of original speakers are repeated whereas in indirect speech or the repeated speech the exact meaning of speaker is expressed but it is not necessary that it will be in speaker’s exact words.
