Hint: A Hill is usually just an extension of the land terrain. It can either be a natural elevation of the land surrounding it or can also be an artificial elevation on a landmass.

Complete answer step by step: The Sulaiman Mountains or hills are a southern extension to the Hindu Kush mountains, which are located in the Zabul, Loya Paktia and the Kandahar regions. These regions are located in Afghanistan, Punjab, northern Balochistan, some parts of the southwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and also in a small part of Pakistan.
The Kirthar Mountains or hills are majorly located in the Pakistani regions. Mainly in the regions of Balochistan and a part of Sindh. These Kirthar Hills and mountain ranges extend towards the south for almost 190 miles or 310 Kilometres from the Mula River which is located in the east-central Balochistan region to the Cape Monze island which is located on the Arabian Sea.
These two hills together form a geographical province and also have common landmass, where they’re located. This is called the Sulaiman-Kirthar geologic province.

Note: The Sulaiman Hills and the Kirthar Hills also have a historic significance. These hills are connected to the Hind Khush arid highlands and the Indus Plains respectively. The Indus plains that were a part of the Indus Valley Civilization.
