
Pradeep receives an export order for garments. He has 30 machines to complete the order in 60 days. How many machines would be required to complete the job in 40 days?

Hint: For solving this question we should use general mathematics because this question is completely based on a theatrical concept and that theatrical concept is explained in the question. First, we will calculate how many machines will do that work in a day and then we find how many machines are required to do the same task in 2 month within 40 days.

According to our question Pradeep is a guy who receives an export order for garments. And he has 30 machines in the factory which will complete that order in 60 days. But he wants to complete it within 40 days. So, how much machines are required for that, we will calculate this.
So, as we know that if any machine does any work within one day, it is the efficiency of that machine and if many machines are given then we take all of those with one another and then we find the efficiency of all the machines. And that will be the efficiency of complete machines if they work together. And then multiply it with the number of days how much you want to calculate the frequency with complete work.
So, here according to our question as per given data.
The number of machines are inversely proportional to the number or days.
The job has to be completed in 1 day.
60 days = 30 machines
It means 1 day = machines
And if complete the same work in 40 days:
1 day = 1800 machine
40 days machines.
So, here 45 machines are required.
Note: For calculating the efficiency we always divide it to 1 by the number of days in which that task is going to be completed. And this is known as efficiency per day. But if two or more persons work then the efficiency of all will be added together because they all are working with each other and due to the work of more people the task will complete soon.
