Hint: The Himalayan Ranges run in the west-east direction in the form of an arc. The Himalayas are in the countries of Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan. There are many peaks located in India and also in other countries.

Complete step-by-step answer:
Both the peaks i.e., Nanda Devi and Mt. Kamet are located in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Kanchenjunga is a part of the Greater Himalayas which is located in Sikkim, India. It is the third highest mountain in the world with an elevation of 8,586 m. The mountain peak which is a massif in the Himalayas in north-central Nepal is Annapurna. This mountain peak of the Himalayas is not in India. Annapurna includes one peak over 8,000 m (26,000 ft.), sixteen peaks over 6,000 m (20,000 ft.), and thirteen peaks over 7,000 m (23,000 ft.). It is bounded by the Marshyangdi River on the north and east, the Kali Gandaki Gorge on the west, and the Pokhara valley on the south. Annapurna I Main is the highest peak of this massif and it is the 10th highest mountain in the world with a height of 8,091 m (26,545 ft.) above sea level. Snowstorms and avalanches also occur in the mountain ranges. The Annapurna Conservation Area is a well-known trekking region with an area of 7,629 sq km.

Thus, option (A) is correct.

Note: At least 43 people were killed in October 2014 as a result of snowstorms and avalanches on and around the Annapurna. This is the ever worst trekking disaster in Nepal.
