There are the high courts present in each of the states that are given power for the smooth functioning of the implementation of laws in the state. The municipal agencies or local bodies are in charge of their own city, town, and village.
Those in charge have to ensure proper working parks, water systems, drainage, local police, roadways, and others. The state government gives them instructions on how they must go about their duties.

The first person or president to utter these powerful words was Abraham Lincoln. He said those words during the Gettysburg address at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. It was dedicated in memory of the soldiers who died in the Battle of Gettysburg.
It is one of the harshest wars fought on American soil during the civil war (1861-1865). During the 3-day battle, more than 7000 soldiers died and close to 45000 wounded. The cemetery was designed for the Union soldiers who gave their lives in Gettysburg in memory of them.
In his Gettysburg address, in Pennsylvania, in 1863, Abraham Lincoln said these famous words first. He said that “—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
He began with the words, “Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth.” Lincoln emphasized the fact that all men are equal. The president meant the country would fight for what the founding fathers wrote in the year 1776, the Declaration of Independence.
