BVP CET Exam 2023-24

BVP CET 2022 will be held for three hours and each question will carry one mark. The application form of BVP CET 2022 for BTech courses has also been released. The last date to apply for BVP CET is 15th June 2022 - Phase 1 and 30th June 2022 - Phase 2 for B. Tech courses. The BVP CET exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode in the 58 test centres.

BVP CET Eligibility Criteria 2022

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of BVP CET 2022 to apply for the exam in order to avoid the cancellation of their candidature or the application. The eligibility criteria for BVP CET will also involve educational qualification and minimum marks that the students need to have secured for the admission. 1. The student should pass Higher senior secondary or Indian School Certificate Examination or any other equivalent examination with 10 + 2 from any of the recognized boards.

2. The aspirant must have studied physics, mathematics, and chemistry or biotechnology or biology or technical vocational studies in the 10+2 examination.

3. Students who have passed a diploma in engineering and technology from AICTE  institution approved over a 50 % aggregate for general and 45 % aggregate for SC/ST/Persons with Disability are eligible to apply. 

4. The minimum marks required in 10 +2 for each category which are as follows:

Note:

1. Applicants who have appeared or appearing in the final examination of HSC and results have not been announced are also eligible to apply for this exam but, provided they have to meet the other eligibility conditions mentioned by the board.

2. The seats which are vacant after the counselling process will be made available to the candidates who are Eligible with state score/ organized examination by the central government.

BVP CET Application Form 2022

The authority board has released the application form for BVP CET 2022 in online mode which is available only on the official website. Aspirants should mandatorily fill the application form so as to appear for the examination. The candidate has to check for the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam so that they can avoid rejections.

The candidates will be required to submit an application fee of Rs. 1700 which is non-refundable along with the form to complete the registration process of BVP CET. The application procedure of BVP CET 2022 will include the following steps:

1st Step: Generate Login Credentials 

Here, in this step, the applicant will have to submit all the required personal details to generate a login id and password for further process. They are required to fill the below-given details:

1. Name

2. Email ID

3. Mobile Number

4. OTP

5. Verification Code

2nd Step: Login to fill Application Form

The applicant must fill all necessary details on the application form with appropriate spelling without any mistakes.

3rd Step: Upload Photo & Sign 

They have to upload a scanned image which is of passport size photograph and signature in the below-specified format:

4th Step: Make Payment  

Application fee of Rs. 1700 can be paid through Net-banking or by using a Credit/Debit Card.

5th Step: Print Confirmation Fee 

After paying the application fee successfully, take the printout out of the confirmation page for future reference.

BVP CET Admit Card 2022

The applicant with the duly filled application form can download the BVP CET 2022 admit card in online mode. The link to download the admit card will be accessible online on the official portal of the university.

The BVP CET 2022 admit card consists of details like the name of the applicant, category, exam centre, reporting time, and guidelines for the exam day. The candidate must carry the admit card to the examination hall to avoid the cancellation of the candidature.

The authority board will release the BVP CET mock test for the practice of the students. Candidates who are taking up the test can download the mock test online from the official website of the university. Taking the mock tests of BVP CET is an important part of the exam preparation. 

BVP CET Result 2022

The authority board will be releasing the results of BVP CET in the online mode on the official website. The students can download the result online with the log-in credential provided at the time of registration. The BVP CET result will include the score of the students in each section and the overall percentile.

BVP CET Merit List 2022

The authorities will release the BVP CET 2022 merit list after the announcement of the result for the test-takers. The merit list will include the ranks secured by the selected candidate based on their score in the entrance test. Candidates qualifying the entrance exam with the minimum required rank or above will be called for the next round of counselling.

BVP CET Counselling 2022

The candidates who are selected will be called for the counselling process which will be conducted offline in the university. The students with names mentioned on the merit list will be receiving an invitation letter for the counselling process and on the spot selection round via email. The counselling date and time will be mentioned to the candidate as per the ranks secured.

The applicants will have to bring the specified documents for the verification in counselling. The authority board will cancel the candidature of the student failing to report on the specified date of counselling or unable to bring the documents. The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the rank secured by them in the entrance test.
