SRMAP Admission Criteria
There are many SRM campuses scattered across the country. Each has its own admission process. In this section, we will talk about the SRMJEEE eligibility criteria of SRMAP,
In order to take admission in SRM-AP, you have to pass the Higher Secondary exam from any recognized board in India with 60% aggregate marks in PCM subjects. Also, the PCM subjects should be your core subjects in Higher Secondary.
Alternatively, if you have passed International Baccalaureate (IB) A-level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects in any International school within India, you are eligible for SRM courses.
You have to take part in the SRMJEEE entrance exam to be eligible for SRM admission. This is one of the most important SRM eligibility criteria. Although there are no minimum qualifying marks mentioned in their website, it is clearly mentioned that students will be given preference as per their rank order. So if your rank is higher than, say, Tom’s, you can have more say during the counseling procedures as far as the choice of campus, branch or specialization is concerned.

For admission in SRM University Chennai for B. Tech programs, you need to take part in the SRMJEEE. Although there is no mention of minimum marks, your rank will decide how much preference you get.
There is no private entrance exam for B.Arch. You need to clear NATA or JEE Main Paper-II.
You need to get 50% aggregate marks in PCM subjects in your Higher Secondary exam. These subjects should be your core subjects in your H.S exam.
For International Schools’ students, the criteria remain the same.
SRMIST - Chennai is more unambiguous in its decision to let JEE Main pass students take admission directly without making them sit in SRMJEE. So if you have cracked JEE Main, you are among those privileged persons who do not need to sit for SRMJEE.
First ranked students of all central and state-level boards and the top 10000 JEE Main rank holders will be offered direct admission without putting them in any merit list whatsoever. The cherry on the top - scholarship.
SRM - Delhi NCR Eligibility Criteria

Unlike the Andhra Pradesh campus, SRM - Delhi NCR requires you to have 50% marks in your PCB subjects in Higher Secondary. You must pass the Higher Secondary from any recognized board - central or state.
Again, those who cracked JEE Main will be given preference.
Eligibility Criteria for Other Courses
The beauty of SRM is that it does not just limit itself to Engineering courses. B. Arch, B. Des, English Hons., LL.B, Honors in Pol. Sc, Economics, Math etc are also offered. Here are the SRM university admission criteria as far as these courses are concerned -
For LL.B, candidates need to be graduates in any subject. They need to get 50% marks in aggregate.
For B.B.A.LLB or B.A.LLB - 5 Years course, a candidate needs to pass the Higher Secondary with 50% marks in aggregate.
For B. Sc, candidates must pass H.S with PCM/B subjects and 50% marks in aggregate.
For B.A English Honors - candidates must pass H.S with 50% marks.
For other science subjects, you need to get 50% marks in PCB/M subjects.
For B. Arch you need to pass NATA or JEE Main Paper-II.
SRMJEEE Exam Pattern

The language of the question paper will be English only.
It will be a 2 hours 30 minutes computer-based exam.
35 questions will be from Physics and Chemistry each. 40 questions from Math/Biology. 5 questions regarding English, and 10 aptitude questions.
Each question carries 1 mark. So the total mark boils down to 125.
There will be no negative marking.
The SRM JEEE 2022 will take place between 8th & 9th January 2022 For Phase 1, 23rd & 24th April 2022 for Phase 2, 25th & 26th June 2022 for Phase 3.
For Biotechnology or Biomedical engineering, you have to appear to take the Biology test in SRMJEEE.
