The JIPMER UG exam for MBBS admissions will be conducted online by JIPMER. The applicant's minimum age at the time of application should be 17 years old. There is no restriction on the maximum age.
The candidate must have obtained a 10+2 diploma from a recognised board or university to be considered. Candidates who are non-resident Indians or citizens of other countries will receive an eligibility certificate from the Association of Indian Universities in New Delhi.
Candidates must have received a minimum of 50% in their 12th grade (40 per cent in the case of ST/SC/OBC/OPH and 45 per cent in the case of the general OPH). Each subject must be qualified for separately by the candidate.
At the 12th grade level, candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English, as well as one subject of their choice.
