1. How can I calculate the overall grade of my Class 12th UP Board exams?
The following are the steps for calculating the CGPA from percentage:
Write down the grade points (GP), you obtained in each subject.
Now, sum up all the grade points.
Divide the added grade points by the number of subjects and you will get the overall CGPA.
For example, if the summed up GP in five subjects is 40, your overall GP is 8, i.e., B1 or 71-80%.
2. What is the pass percentage for the UP Board Exams 2020?
This year more than three crore answer sheets were evaluated by the teachers in Green, Orange, and Red zones. Below is the ‘Pass Percentage’ of class 10 & 12 in the UP Board exams 2020:
Class 10 - 83.31%, and
Class 12 - 74.64%

8 = a + (10 - 1) * (- 5)
